With more than 17 years of multidisciplinary experience with Innovation in major companies, including Unilever, Ecolab, Reckitt Benckiser, PepsiCo and Nestlé, launched more than 500 products to market, with 32 global and regional brands worldwide. In 2017, after an immersion at the Silicon Valley ecosystem, founded L’inno Bureau with the mission of supporting companies to grow by using Agile methodologies and new technologies to transform their Business models. She worked with more than 30 Startups, directly supporting their Strategic Business model development, POCs (Proof of Concepts) ideation, planning and execution, and their interface with Customers and Investors. She also attended SMEs in reviewing their working routines, introducing Agile methodologies and Governance practices to increase their productivity and improving decision-making processes. She is Professor of Innovation at SENAI/SP.
