In our 45 year journey we have built a world-class factory and cleanroom to FSSC 22000 standards with a supporting state-of-the-art toolroom. Our commitment to service excellence and enforcement of the highest quality and safety standards has seen us develop a portfolio of reputable clients across the pharmaceutical, food and nutrition, hospitality, catering, cleaning and chemical industries.

Established in 1975, in South Africa, Plastic Bubbles continues to be family-run by second generation brother & sister team, Aki and Virginia Moutafis.

Design
Our in-house designers create, conceptualize and re-engineer products for clients, using powerful CAD Systems.
 

Prototype
With rapid 3D printing we can create physical samples for clients, allowing them to interact with their product, maximizing design features and eliminating potential flaws before going on to making moulds.
 

Mould-making
Our company is one of the few local manufacturers with a tool room that builds its own moulds on site and maintains them, giving us a technical competitive edge to troubleshoot on the go. Our skilled toolmakers guarantee high quality moulds that yield in excess of 10 million products over their lifetime, providing clients with a real return on investment.
 

Manufacture
As a proudly South African business, we source all our raw materials locally and produce superior plastic products in our FSSC 22000 certified factory and clean room.
 

Logistics
Our logistics team services the Gauteng area locally and partners with trusted couriers to actively manage the best solution for clients nationally and abroad.
