The Healthcare Compliance Packaging Council
Healthcare Compliance Packaging Council, a non-profit trade association dedicated to promoting broad adoption of compliance prompting formats of packaging with the goal of aiding in improved health outcomes and reducing healthcare costs.
As part of the HCPC function we host an annual conference dedicated to forwarding the mission of compliance prompting packaging. From 2004-2010 we participated in a variety of industry groups focused on solving the supply chain security issue: Drug Security Network hosted by Capgemeni and MIT AutoID Labs, EPCGlobal (now GS1) Healthcare Users Work Groups focused on applications of serialization in packaging line function and distribution environment. Currently we've been supporting activities of the PEW Trust in promoting the viability of serialization technology to the US Congress and Senate as they consider national legislation.
